Bring a Friend Week: What You Need to Know


During Bring a Friend Week, you have the opportunity to share the CrossFit Choice experience with your friends, family, co-workers, anyone! Here’s how it works:

  • Attend Up To 4 Coach Led Classes: Bring a friend to any class during the week of April 22nd to April 29th, and they’ll receive a 4 x free coach led classes to experience our workouts firsthand.
  • No Attendance Required: Don’t worry about coordinating schedules! You don’t need to attend the same coach led class as your friend. Simply invite them to join any of our 21 weekly classes that fit their schedule.
  • Attend Open Gym With Your Friend: During Bring a Friend Week, there is also free access to the Open Gym, but this requires non members to be accompanied by a member. Here you can access the space and equipment to complete your own workouts or the WOD.
  • Special Membership Offer: As a token of our appreciation, if your friend decides to sign up for a membership (not just during Bring a Friend Week), you’ll receive a 15% discount on your membership for one month! Imagine the savings if you bring multiple friends who sign up.
