About the programme

Blending both the strength and METCON principles across low – intermediate skill movements, the most technical lift within this programme is the power clean. The overall aim is to increase your foundational strength utilising the power lifts and their additional accessory movements. Whilst at the same time developing your overall conditioning through different time domains and modalities.

For those clients wanting to take the next step in their athletic development. For those who want to not only implement a bespoke training plan but who want to take ownership of their daily habits, who want to take responsibility for the person they want to become .

Day 1
Warm Up:

  • 3 Rounds
  • 10 Hamstring Bridges
  • 10 Reverse Lunges (5EL)
  • 10 Pike Press Ups
  • 10 (Light) DB Snatch
  • 20 Double Unders

Workout: For Time

  • 7 Min AMRAP:
    • 12 Alt-Arm DB Snatches (30/ 20)
    •  36 Double Unders
  • *rest 3 minutes
  • 7 Min AMRAP:
    • 12 Alt-Arm DB Snatches (30/20)
    • 36 Double Unders
